Mental health care

Mental health care from a doctor who has time to listen.

Anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, sleep, and focus concerns, evaluated and treated as part of your ongoing primary care. No rushed intake, and no starting over with someone new.

If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) or call 911. INcircle Health is not an emergency service.

Mental health is part of your health.

Sleep, pain, thyroid problems, hormones, alcohol, medications, and a hard year can all show up as anxiety or low mood, and the reverse is true too. When your family physician knows your whole history, we can look at all of it together instead of treating one piece at a time.

My approach

Mental health care that looks like family medicine.

Good mental health care starts with listening: what has changed, what it's costing you, and what you'd like to be different. Then we look at the whole picture, including sleep, medical causes, medications, substance use, relationships, and what's going on in your life. Treatment is a plan we build together. For some people it includes medication. For many it also includes sleep, movement, nutrition, and support, because those matter too. We follow up, adjust, and change course when something isn't working.

What to expect

  1. 1

    Start with a conversation

Your first visit is unhurried. We listen to your story and what you want to change.

  2. 2

    Look at the whole picture

We review sleep, medications, and health history, and check for medical contributors when appropriate.

  3. 3

    Build a plan together

We explain your options, with and without medication, and your preferences guide the plan.

  4. 4

    Follow up and adjust

Regular check-ins, and secure messaging between visits, so the plan changes when you need it to.

Mental health visits are part of your membership and count toward the 12 visits included each year. Additional visits are $25 virtual or $50 in-person.

What this care is, and isn't

We provide mental health care within primary care: evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up. If you need therapy, specialized psychiatric care, or a higher level of support, we'll help you find it and coordinate with the clinicians involved.

Common questions

We provide mental health care within primary care: evaluation, treatment planning, medication management, and follow-up. If you want ongoing talk therapy, we can help you find a therapist and coordinate with them.

Yes, when appropriate. We talk through the options, benefits, and side effects, start and adjust treatment, and follow up. Some people don't need medication, and we'll help you decide what makes sense.

We evaluate attention and focus concerns and help you decide on next steps, including referral for specialized testing when needed. When appropriate, treatment can include medication, including stimulant medication. We don't promise any particular treatment in advance: decisions come after a full evaluation and shared decision-making.
