Price Transparency
Healthcare prices shouldn’t be a mystery.
At INcircle Health, we believe you should have a better idea of what your care will cost before you receive it. Members have access to negotiated pricing on many common laboratory tests and a selection of medications dispensed directly from our office—often at surprisingly low prices.
No hidden markup. No guessing. Just straightforward pricing whenever possible.
Know the price
Whenever possible, we tell members what a laboratory test, medication, or service will cost before they receive it.
Members get preferred pricing
INcircle Health has access to negotiated laboratory pricing and purchases selected medications directly for dispensing to members.
Use insurance when it makes sense
Members can still use insurance for outside laboratory testing, prescriptions, imaging, specialists, hospital care, and other covered services. Sometimes insurance is the best option. Sometimes a transparent cash price is considerably less.
Member Lab Pricing
Common labs. Uncommon prices.
INcircle Health members have access to negotiated laboratory pricing for many commonly ordered tests. In many cases, the member price is substantially less than typical direct-to-consumer pricing or charges billed through traditional healthcare channels.
| Common Lab | Typical Insurance-Billed Price* | Typical Direct-to-Consumer Price* | INcircle Health Member Price | Est. Member Savings |
|---|---|---|---|---|

| Menopause/perimenopause assessment panel | $450–$650 | $155–$165 | $28.50 | 80%+ |
Blood draw fee
A $10 phlebotomy fee applies when blood is collected at INcircle Health. This is a collection fee, not a fee charged separately for every laboratory test. Multiple tests can generally be collected during the same blood draw.
What can that look like in real life?
A physician may order several common tests together as part of an evaluation or preventive care.
| CBC | $4.00 |
| CMP | $3.50 |
| Hemoglobin A1c | $4.80 |
| TSH | $3.50 |
| Lipid panel | $6.20 |
| Laboratory subtotal | $22.00 |
| In-office phlebotomy | $10.00 |
| Total | $32.00 |
$32 total
Five common laboratory tests plus the blood draw: approximately $32.
Comparable testing purchased directly by consumers or billed through traditional healthcare channels may cost considerably more. We don’t promise a specific savings amount because insurance-negotiated rates vary.
Member Medication Pricing
Common medications. Straightforward prices.
INcircle Health keeps a selection of commonly used non-controlled medications in the office so members can often leave with the treatment they need. We intentionally look for useful medications that we can purchase inexpensively and generally offer to members for less than they might otherwise pay at a retail pharmacy.
Our pricing is transparent: our acquisition cost + a 20% dispensing markup.
The markup helps cover the cost of purchasing, maintaining, storing, tracking, and dispensing medication inventory while keeping prices low and predictable.

Medication prices are representative examples and may vary based on strength, quantity, manufacturer, availability, and current acquisition cost.
How our medication pricing works
For medications dispensed from INcircle Health: our acquisition cost + 20% = your member price.
We use a modest, transparent markup to help cover purchasing, inventory, storage, and dispensing. We generally try to stock non-controlled medications when we can offer them conveniently and at a price that is competitive with, and often less than, what members could otherwise find at a retail pharmacy.
If your insurance, preferred pharmacy, manufacturer program, mail-order pharmacy, or another cash option is better, we can send the prescription there instead.
Need treatment for something acute?
When medically appropriate, INcircle Health may have medications for common acute problems available directly from the office. Selected antibiotics, anti-inflammatory medications, muscle relaxants, and other short-course treatments may cost only a few dollars. This means a member may sometimes be evaluated, receive a treatment plan, and leave with the medication they need without making an additional trip to the pharmacy.
Beyond In-Office Pricing
We help you pay less, even at the pharmacy.
Transparent in-office pricing is just the beginning. For medications we don’t stock — or when a program can beat our price — Dr. Venis actively helps you find and use every available avenue to lower your prescription costs.
Navigating medication pricing programs
Many medications — including GLP-1 medications used for obesity and weight management — have manufacturer savings programs, pharmacy discount cards, and cash-pay options that can dramatically lower your cost. Dr. Venis helps you understand which programs apply to your specific medication and situation, rather than leaving you to figure it out alone.
Patient & copay assistance programs
Using trusted resources, we identify patient assistance programs and copay assistance programs that you may qualify for. Patients in our practice have accessed medications for free through manufacturer assistance and received significant copay reductions that made expensive treatments affordable.
Coupons attached automatically
When a coupon or discount program can save you money, we attach it to your prescription before it goes to the pharmacy — so the savings are already applied when you pick it up. No extra steps for you, and no missed discounts because a program was overlooked.
Real savings, real patients
Patients in our practice have received expensive medications for free through manufacturer assistance programs and have seen large copays reduced to manageable amounts. When a better price exists, we work to help you find it.
Why can the prices be so different?
We buy differently
INcircle Health can access negotiated laboratory pricing and purchase certain generic medications directly rather than relying exclusively on conventional retail pricing.
We keep the markup transparent
For medications stocked in our office, we use a simple 20% dispensing markup over our acquisition cost.
We can help compare your options
Sometimes using insurance makes sense. Sometimes a transparent cash option costs considerably less. Part of having a physician who knows you is having someone who can help you navigate those choices.
Insurance
What if I have insurance?
You can still use it.
INcircle Health does not bill insurance for membership or routine primary care visits, but members may continue using health insurance for prescriptions, outside laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospitalization, and other covered services.
For certain laboratory tests or medications, however, the transparent member price may be less than what a patient would otherwise pay through their insurance plan.
Actual insurance costs depend on:
- coverage
- deductible
- copay
- coinsurance
- pharmacy benefit
- negotiated rates
- plan-specific rules
We don’t imply that the cash option is always less expensive—sometimes insurance is the better choice.
Knowing the price is part of better care.
Healthcare decisions are easier when cost is part of the conversation. Whether we are ordering a laboratory test, choosing between medications, arranging imaging, or deciding whether another service is worth pursuing, our goal is to help members understand their options whenever possible.
Transparent pricing is not separate from good primary care. It is part of helping patients navigate the healthcare system more confidently.
Primary care with fewer surprises.
Transparent pricing is only one part of membership. INcircle Health is built around having an accessible physician who knows you, more time when you need care, and help navigating the rest of the healthcare system.
Prices shown are approximate and subject to change. Comparison prices are estimates based on publicly available retail, direct-to-consumer, and healthcare pricing information and are provided for illustrative purposes only. Actual prices billed by laboratories, pharmacies, healthcare systems, or insurance plans can vary substantially based on location, payer, negotiated contract, deductible, copay, coinsurance, pharmacy benefit, and individual coverage. INcircle Health laboratory prices may change based on laboratory pricing. A $10 phlebotomy fee applies when blood is collected at INcircle Health. Medication prices shown are representative examples based on current acquisition costs plus the practice’s standard 20% dispensing markup, rounded up to the next whole dollar. Medication pricing and availability may change without notice. Please confirm current pricing with INcircle Health.
Prescription medications are dispensed only when clinically appropriate following evaluation by an INcircle Health physician. Not all medications are stocked. Members are never required to purchase medications through INcircle Health and may use their preferred pharmacy, insurance, manufacturer program, discount service, or other cash-pay option. Controlled medications are not part of the routine in-office low-cost medication dispensing program.
