Full Circle Access includes in-person exams, office testing, procedures, and local acute care at our Indianapolis office.

Will your insurance reimburse out-of-network care?
INcircle Health does not bill health insurance for membership fees or practice services. Many patients with commercial insurance may seek reimbursement for care received at the practice. Use our Reimbursify verification tool to quickly check your plan's out-of-network benefits before you enroll.

Transparency
Also available when you need it
Most of your day-to-day care is included. Some services carry a transparent fee or are coordinated outside the practice; costs are always discussed before the service is provided.
You may use insurance, HSA/FSA funds when eligible, or cash-pay options for services outside the membership. We recommend maintaining major medical insurance for emergencies, hospitalizations, and specialty care.
For patients outside the Indianapolis area
Live outside the Indianapolis area?
Virtual Access may be available.
For patients elsewhere in Indiana, traveling to Indianapolis for routine care may not be practical. Virtual Access provides an ongoing relationship with a physician for health concerns that can be appropriately managed through telehealth, secure messaging, local laboratory testing, prescriptions, and care coordination.
Virtual Access Membership

- Up to 8 virtual physician visits per membership year
- Visits up to 30 minutes

Virtual Access is intended primarily for patients who live outside the greater Indianapolis area or who otherwise cannot reasonably access our office for ongoing care.
Live in the Indianapolis area?
Full Circle Access is generally the appropriate membership and includes both in-person and virtual care.
Virtual Access complements, but does not replace, appropriate in-person medical care.
Some health concerns require a physical examination, office testing, procedures, urgent care, or other hands-on evaluation. Virtual Access members should maintain access to appropriate local in-person healthcare when needed. If a concern cannot be safely managed virtually, INcircle Health will recommend the appropriate next step.
Patients must be physically located in Indiana at the time of telehealth visits.

You live outside the greater Indianapolis area
You want an ongoing relationship with a physician but traveling to Indianapolis regularly is not practical.
You have health needs that work well through telehealth
Examples include PrEP, sexual health, medication management, mental health, hormone care, weight and metabolic health, and selected chronic concerns.
You want continuity
You prefer working with a consistent physician rather than starting over with a different online service for each concern.
You have access to local in-person care when needed
Some concerns still require a hands-on examination, testing, procedures, urgent care, or emergency care.

Important membership information
INcircle Health does not bill insurance for the care provided through your membership. Insurance may still be used for eligible prescriptions, laboratory testing, imaging, specialist care, hospital services, and other care received outside the clinic.
Your membership is not health insurance. We recommend maintaining insurance or another appropriate form of major medical coverage for emergencies, hospitalizations, surgery, and specialty care.
Unlike many concierge practices that charge a substantial annual retainer and may continue billing insurance for visits, INcircle Health uses a Direct Primary Care model: your monthly membership covers the care we provide, with transparent pricing and no insurance billing for routine visits.
- Patients must be physically located in Indiana during telehealth visits.
- In-person visits are not included.
- Some health concerns require a physical examination, hands-on evaluation, office testing, procedures, or urgent in-person care.
- Office testing and procedures are not included.
- Labs, medications, imaging, specialists, emergency care, urgent care, and other outside services are separate.
- Telehealth appropriateness is determined clinically.
- Additional virtual visits beyond the included annual amount may be subject to an additional fee.
Members with commercial insurance may be able to seek out-of-network reimbursement for care received at INcircle Health. While we do not submit out-of-network claims on your behalf, our partner Reimbursify makes it easy to file claims from your phone — request a superbill through SigmaMD, then use Reimbursify to submit it to your insurer.
Dr. Venis is out of network with all commercial insurances. Reimbursify cannot be used with:
- Medicaid
- Traditional Medicare
- Workers' compensation
- EPO plans
- Some HMO plans
- Secondary health insurance plans
